How it is kept in sync

Rebuilt from stored raw data by pipeline/odis-regional-opavsko in the working folder (shares code with pipeline/odis-regional-hko, pipeline/havirov-karvina-orlova, pipeline/ostrava, pipeline/ostrava-bus, pipeline/odis-regional-tfj); republished to the same artifact URL; copied here by pnpm sync.

Pipeline: pipeline/odis-regional-opavsko
Rebuild: From ../odis-regional-hko/scripts: python -X utf8 run.py --base odis-regional-opavsko (then python -X utf8 06_render.py --base odis-regional-opavsko)
Fetch: 01c_fleet.py (registers, carriers 240, 28, 338, 7546); 01b_plates.py then authoring/fix_plates.py; Overpass files fetched by hand into data/raw/osm/<date>/ (--osm <date>); JDF/live from havirov-karvina-orlova

From ../odis-regional-hko/scripts: python -X utf8 run.py --base odis-regional-opavsko.
run.py runs config.post_roster after 04_roster automatically: authoring/offwire.py, authoring/alt_drive.py, authoring/fill_designed.py; for a new wire state fetch the three Overpass files into data/raw/osm/<date>/ and pass --osm <date>.
python -X utf8 06_render.py --base odis-regional-opavsko.
Republish to artifact_url (https://claude.ai/artifact/K5ZeDCY2YYqV1Sz3tQwj3j). After a new 01b plate lookup run authoring/fix_plates.py once first.

Notes

README has 'How to rebuild', not a new-day recipe. Includes Opava trolleybuses; 204 modelled as regular trolleybus, designed battery/diesel cars via fill_designed. 59 lines, 73 Simutrans lines, 125 vehicles. Config written by authoring/opa_spec.py and opa_config.py. 25 Oct 2026: 281, 282, 290 and 292 set by hand after the owner asked for the bus-method check (method-check-2026-10-25.md): outstation lines timed at the inbound rate; v7's empty-return B lines dropped in v8 at the owner's word; keep_roster keeps the v6 buses; 126 vehicles, 73 Simutrans lines.
