How it is kept in sync

Rebuilt from stored raw data by pipeline/local-rail in the working folder (shares code with pipeline/md-cr); republished to the same artifact URL; copied here by pnpm sync.

Pipeline: pipeline/local-rail
Rebuild: python pipeline/local-rail/build_s4.py
Fetch: python pipeline/md-cr/scripts/run.py --fetch (downloads JR<year>.zip; local-rail has no own fetch); vagonweb.py for compositions
Shares: pipeline/md-cr
Raw data: none of its own; ../md-cr/data/raw/jr2026/JR2026.zip (folder not dated)stored in the working folder, not in this repo
Artifact: claude.ai/artifact/UkDVhoRyabQp2EPeQNMKeD

README has no per-sheet update recipe.
Refresh the shared data: python pipeline/md-cr/scripts/run.py --fetch (JR<year>.zip → md-cr/data/derived/trains.json).
The workday week is fixed in build_012_014_235.py (WEEK = Mon–Fri 5–9 Oct 2026); the design (LINES, rep_out/rep_in real trains) is per script.
Rebuild: python pipeline/local-rail/build_s4.py.
The build stops on any inventory stretch neither modelled nor LISTED; fix LINES/LISTED.
Republish (no artifact URL in README).
